Random Comments: I saw Matt Kollar and the Angry Mob at Club Moscow – one of the favorite spots of The Mulhollands. This is a fun band. For one song, they all dropped to the floor. I saw Tamaryn at the Bootleg Theatre. She’s from San Francisco, but had a nice crowd there to see her. I caught Meeting Places at Spaceland. I was there to catch Mere Mortals. It was a lovely night of shoegaze. Katy J played Rob Z’s holiday show at El Cid. Her music set up a lovely evening. Finally, congrats go to Pu$$y Cow for the recent double CD release.
