My comments: I was off to see a band at Silverlake Lounge. I found out they cancelled, so I decided to head over to Echo Curio. There were a couple of members of the band Seasons were playing. Loved them. I now need to see the whole band.
One of the best band names: Schoenberg Knife Fight Ensemble.
Jared Mees and the Grown Children were on their way to SXSW. I caught their set at Spaceland. They’re from Portland. The next time they’re in Los Angeles, I’d say go catch their set.
I’ve always wondered who Olin and the Moon was as I’ve seen them listed on various venue schedules. I finally caught one of their sets.
